Is this really a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay once and keep the plan — there is no subscription, no renewal, and no per-seat charge. Your price does not change as you collect more testimonials.
What happens if I go over my testimonial limit?
Nothing breaks, and you never lose a testimonial. Your collection form keeps accepting submissions — losing a real testimonial would be far worse than showing one. You just cannot display more than your plan's limit until you upgrade.
Can I use this for my clients?
That is what the higher tiers are for. Each client gets their own workspace with separate testimonials, branding and widgets, all from one login, and white-label removes our branding from the widget entirely.
Will the widget slow my site down?
The embed script is about 5.5KB gzipped, which is roughly a fourteenth of the largest competitor's. It renders in your own page rather than an iframe, inherits your site's font by default, and you can cap how many testimonials it loads.
Do I need to install anything, or does my customer?
Neither. You paste one script tag or iframe into your site. Your customers open a link, leave a rating and a few sentences, and can record a video straight from the browser — no app, no account, no login.
Who decides what appears on my site?
You do. Every testimonial lands in a moderation queue first and nothing is published until you approve it. You can also feature the ones you want shown first, and hide any of them again later.
Is this still being worked on?
Yes, actively. Abandonment is the single most common complaint about tools in this category, so it is a fair thing to ask before paying once. Development is ongoing and support questions get answered.
