How Testihub compares
Every testimonial tool collects testimonials. The differences that actually show up in your day are narrower than the feature lists suggest, so here are the ones we think are worth knowing — including where someone else is the better answer.
Weight on your page
Testihub: ~5.5KB gzipped, all layouts
Senja: ~78KB gzipped
Measured by downloading both. Senja splits a 1.7KB loader from a ~77KB per-design renderer; ours is a single file covering every layout. Ours also waits until the widget is near the viewport before requesting anything.
How it embeds
Testihub: Script tag or iframe
Testimonial.to: iframe only
Their help centre documents an iframe plus a resizer script. An iframe is simpler, but its contents are not part of your page — so the text inside is not read as yours, and rating markup inside it does not affect your search results.
Star ratings in search
Testihub: Included
Senja: paid plan
Their support article puts the rich snippet on the Pro plan. Worth knowing either way: Google does not show star ratings for reviews a business publishes about itself, whoever generates the markup — we say so in the editor rather than letting you switch it on and wonder.
Pricing shape
Testihub: One payment, no renewal
Testimonial.to: per space, per month
Their pricing page prices plans per space, so a second brand or client means paying again. Ours is a lifetime deal: workspaces are a plan limit, not a separate bill.
Fonts
Testihub: Inherits your site's font by default
Varies
The most repeated complaint about embeds in this category is a widget dragging its own typeface onto your site. Ours inherits unless you pick otherwise, and custom CSS is there for the rest.
Checked August 2026 against each vendor's own public pages, or measured directly. Products change — if something here is out of date, tell us and we'll fix it.
What you get on every plan
- All 13 widget layouts on every plan, including the cheapest
- Multiple widgets per workspace, each with its own embed code
- Hand-pick which testimonials appear, and in what order
- Colours, corner roundness, shadow, dates, truncation — plus custom CSS
- Video testimonials recorded in the browser, with a consent step built in
- Import what you already have from a CSV, from any tool
- Nothing is published until you approve it
When you should pick something else
You need reviews pulled in automatically from Google, G2 or Trustpilot. We import from a CSV, which works with any source but is a step you take rather than something that happens on its own. Tools built around those integrations do it better today.
You want a large integrations catalogue. We have an API and webhooks, and that is the whole list. If your workflow depends on a specific app being supported out of the box, check before buying.
You need a big vendor behind it. Testihub is small and new. If procurement needs an SLA and a signed DPA, that is a fair reason to go elsewhere.
We will not help you hide bad reviews
Some tools in this category filter by star rating: happy customers get sent to Google, unhappy ones get quietly kept off it. It is called review gating, Google's policies prohibit it, and businesses have had their reviews purged for it.
Testihub offers your public review link on every rating, one star through five. There is no setting to make it conditional, because we are not going to build one. What you control is what appears on your own site — you approve every testimonial before it is published, and that is a different thing from steering who gets to review you in public.
A one-star review you answer well is better marketing than a five-star one nobody believes.
