What we have shipped

Every change, dated, in the words you would use rather than the ones we would. We publish this because the most common thing people ask about tools like ours is whether anyone is still working on them.

AI that selects, and never invents

Four helpers: tag a testimonial from your own tag list, pull out its strongest line, draft your reply to a public review, and — on the collection form — offer your customer a spelling fix on what they wrote. The last one is the important one. It only ever tidies their own words, they see both versions and choose, and what they wrote is what gets submitted unless they say otherwise. Nothing here writes a review for anybody: a tag it invented is discarded, and a highlight has to be words that are literally in the testimonial.

  • Improved

See exactly what your plan covers

Billing now shows the three things that can actually run out — storage, AI actions and review requests — each with a bar, rather than two numbers that both said “unlimited”. Workspaces, team members and testimonials stay unlimited on every plan, and it says so.

  • New

Alerts in Slack, or by email

An unhappy customer reaches you within the minute; fifty happy ones reach you once. Three stars or fewer, and requests that have stopped sending, always go straight through. New testimonials are batched to at most one message every half hour — because an alert that fires fifty times a week is one you learn to ignore, and then you miss the one that mattered. Each channel picks what it wants, and a channel that has stopped working says so.

  • New

Kiosk mode — leave a tablet on the counter

The collection form, full screen, for a tablet by the till. It clears itself after each review and after 90 seconds of somebody starting and walking off, so the next customer never sees a stranger's half-written review. It keeps the screen awake, never navigates away, and shows a QR code for anyone who would rather use their own phone.

  • New

Turn your email signature into a review request

Paste one line into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail and every email you already send shows your star rating and asks for a review. Two shapes, light or dark. The image counts nothing — no opens, no addresses, no clicks — because an image in an email is the usual way to track who read it.

  • New

Ask an AI assistant about your testimonials

Connect Claude — or anything else that speaks MCP — to your account with your API key, and ask it things: which testimonials mention onboarding, why last month converted worse, draft a case study from the five-star ones. It can read, and only read. Approving, editing and deleting stay with you.

  • New

    Invite your team

An agency plan where only one person can log in was half a plan. Invite colleagues by email; they can collect testimonials, moderate and build widgets, while the account owner keeps billing, workspaces and API keys. Seats are one, three and unlimited depending on your plan.

  • New

Render testimonials with your own code

Every widget now publishes its testimonials as JSON at a stable address, so you can build your own component instead of using ours. No API key — it is the same content the widget already shows on your site. Fetching it does not count towards your view numbers.

  • New

    Company logos on testimonials

Upload a logo for a company once and it appears on every testimonial from that company, including ones that arrive later. “Head of Support at Acme” carries more weight with Acme's mark beside it.

  • Improved

A guided way to make your first widget

Four steps — pick a look, choose what shows, make it yours, then copy one line of code. Every template is previewed with your own testimonials, so what you pick is what you get. Nothing is saved until the last step.

  • Fixed

A webhook no longer loses events when your endpoint blinks

Deliveries are queued and retried on a schedule rather than attempted once. A ten-second outage at your end used to lose the notification permanently. Deleting a testimonial is also instant now — it no longer waits for your endpoint to answer.

  • New

Fix a typo without rewriting what someone said

You can now edit a testimonial's wording. What the reviewer originally submitted is kept and shown, and putting it back is one click — because these are published under their name.

  • New

Share a testimonial as an image

Any published testimonial downloads as a PNG in your own accent colour — square for Instagram, landscape for X and LinkedIn. Walls of Love also get a proper preview card when their link is pasted anywhere.

  • New

    More than one collection form

A conference, a product launch, one specific client — each with its own questions and its own link at /f/. Your existing printed link keeps working and opens whichever form you mark as the default, so nothing you have already handed out breaks.

  • New

    Insights

How many people opened your form, how many wrote something, and how many saw each widget and wall. Counted without cookies, without IP addresses, and without anything that could identify a visitor — and crawlers are excluded, so the numbers mean something.

  • New

Shield a widget from your site's CSS

One attribute on the embed code and your theme's styles stop reaching inside the widget. Your fonts and text colour still carry over, so it keeps looking like part of your page.

  • New

Highlight the line that actually sells

Select a phrase inside a testimonial and it is drawn out wherever that testimonial appears. You choose it by selecting words that are already there — there is no box to type into, so it can never put words in a customer's mouth.

  • Fixed

Uploaded images were being blocked by the browser

Avatars, logos, video posters and screenshots were silently refused on every surface. The security policy named the wrong storage address. Nothing failed visibly, which is why it lasted.

  • New

    Walls of Love

A page of your testimonials at its own address, with its own title and description in search results. Link it from an email signature, a nav bar or a bio. Visitors can filter by tag, and every filter is a real URL they can share.

  • New

    Widgets that fill themselves

Set rules — four stars and up, tagged “enterprise”, video only — and matching testimonials are added as they arrive. The rules read as a sentence, so you can see what a widget will show before you save it.

  • Improved

Pick a widget template by looking at it

All nine templates are previewed with your own approved testimonials rather than described in a dropdown.

  • Improved

    The dashboard got faster

Switching between widgets went from over six seconds to under four by loading independent things at once instead of in turn.

  • New

    Configure your collection form

Change the wording, choose which optional fields appear, set the thank-you screen and where people go afterwards. The builder warns you when you are asking for too much, because every optional field is another reason to abandon the form.

  • New

A Proof screen you can search

Search, filter by status and tag, moderate in bulk, and open any testimonial to see everything about it — including how consent was obtained and exactly what the reviewer was shown when they agreed.

  • Fixed

The dashboard works on a phone

All seven screens overflowed sideways on a phone. They do not any more.

  • Fixed

Video recording failed silently on older iPhones

Safari before 18.4 cannot record the format we asked for. It now picks one the device supports and says so plainly if it cannot.
