Terms of Service

1. What Testihub is

Testihub lets a business ("Account") collect written and video testimonials from its own customers ("Reviewers") and display approved testimonials on the Account's own website through an embeddable widget. By creating an Account or submitting a testimonial through a Testihub collection page, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and plans

Some plans are sold as a one-time payment through a third-party marketplace (such as AppSumo) as a lifetime license to a specific tier of the product. A lifetime license grants ongoing access to that tier's features and usage limits — it does not entitle you to unlimited resource usage, and published tier limits (workspaces, stored reviews, etc.) may be adjusted for new purchases without affecting codes already redeemed. License codes are single-use and tied to the account that redeems them.

3. Content you submit

Accounts are responsible for the collection pages, workspace branding, and any content they upload (logos, social-import screenshots). Reviewers are responsible for the accuracy of the testimonials, ratings, photos, and videos they submit. Testihub does not verify that a testimonial reflects a genuine transaction — that responsibility sits with the Account collecting it.

An Account may approve, reject, or feature any testimonial submitted to its workspace, and may remove previously approved testimonials at any time. Rejected or removed testimonials are not displayed publicly but may be retained in the database for the Account's own records.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Testihub to collect testimonials through deceptive means, fabricate reviews, upload unlawful or infringing content, or attempt to circumvent the spam and abuse protections (rate limits, bot verification) built into the public submission forms. We may suspend an Account that we reasonably believe is violating this section.

5. Availability

Testihub is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for lost testimonials, widget downtime, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
